Things I’m excited about

There’s been so much going on behind the scenes at Owltastic that I’ve predictably dropped the ball on writing over the last month. But May is upon us! These last few weeks I’ve been making t-shirts, writing blog posts, podcasting, and one more thing.

Wanderlust

During the two year period that Jason and I lived in Salem, we travelled to London, Paris, Cancun, Belfast, Edinburgh, London again, Oslo, Amsterdam, and Vancouver. We also made frequent small trips around New England.

Thinking about Misty

I want to do what I’ve done every other day of Misty’s life; feel grateful that we crossed paths with such a determined and delightful little creature. I want to bask in her impossibly soft fluff, the warm smell of her, her quirky habits, and her affection.

Ideas of March

Chris Shiflett sent out an email prompting friends to write an “Ideas of March” post, and my first thought was, “Wait, the Ideas of what now? How is it March?” Of course I technically know it’s March (I vaguely remember writing the rent check).

In Control 2012

I’m so excited that it’s finally 2012, because that means next month I’ll be speaking at the In Control Conference in Orlando, FL. I lived in Orlando for five years; it’s where I went to college, met my boyfriend, and landed my first web design job.
